Paul is the behind-the-scenes support that helps bring Guest House Yarn to life. While he may not spend as much time choosing colorways or winding yarn, he brings his own skills, perspective, and enthusiasm to the business. Paul is the steady support behind Guest House Yarn and a big part of helping Christy turn her vision into reality. Although he isn’t a fiber artist himself, he enjoys being part of the journey and helping wherever he can. When he’s not working you may find him around the shop lending a hand, helping with the day-to-day tasks or simply supporting the community.
Christy is the owner and creative heart behind Guest House Yarn. A lifelong lover of crafting, she created Guest House Yarn out of a desire to bring more variety, inspiration, and community to fiber artists in the Idaho Falls area. Whether she’s knitting, crocheting, experimenting with a new craft, or helping someone find the perfect yarn for their next project, Christy loves the creativity and connection that come with making something by hand. She hopes Guest House Yarn feels like a warm, welcoming place where every maker can find something to inspire them.
